Great Adwords Tips for Profitable Clicks
Adwords can drive quality traffic to your sales
page. But it is not easy to run profitable campaigns.
If you are new to Adwords, I advise you to do some
research and reading. Also, start a hands-on exercise by
opening an Adwords account and launch one Ad campaign but
do not forget to limit your budget to maybe $5.
If you have some experience with Adwords, then you know
the need to:
1. Do split testing
Adwords campaign requires multiple split-testing. Modify
the Ad copies to improve the CTR. Start your bids for Top
1 - 3 and lower them later.
2. Disable/Enable content search
Disabling content search can improve CTR. Do not waste
time on content clicks if your topic is a broad one. But
search clicks can be pricier.
There will be lots of impressions but the CTR is poor and
your Ad campaign can stop quickly.
That said, if your niche is a tight one, content search
can give you decent CTRs at a fraction of what you are
paying for search clicks.
3. Build keyword lists consisting of synonyms and misspell
words
When setting up Ad groups, do not forget to set up one for
synonyms and another for misspell words.

Such words carry the same meaning, have decent search
counts ie demand, but low competition. Clicks are way
cheaper also.
