Question by Boy Genius: How to “revive my dead sim card”?
I purchased a phone off the internet that was originally from Japan, after doing much research I found out that the only way for it to work was to use it with something called a hypersim.
It was all working well until one day the signal just suddenly cuts off, and i am unable to get a signal anywhere, and I tried putting the sim card into another phone which is not foreign and it still does not get any signal.
Does anyone have any solutions to “reviving my dead sim”?

once a sim is fried, its fried. ive had something like that happen to me before. you will probably have to pay 50 bucks for a new sim card.

The local AT&T store wanted $25 for a SIM card, plus they told me that the only plan available with their $25 SIM card would cost 25 cents per minute. No thanks! I found this one on Amazon, ordered it and received it within 2 days. It worked just fine, and upon activation was able to get the 10 cent per minute and $1 per day when used plan. Well worth the $5 I paid for the card even if some people say that you can get a SIM card for free from AT&T – I never figured out how to get a free one and it was worth $5 not to have to worry about figuring it out. Would definitely buy this again.

I am not sure how to review this. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had no problems with this Sim Card. It was very easy to pop out of the card and install in my phone. I just had to call my provider with the updated sim information!

I purchased two sim card and they were just as the listing said. I have activited one of the card for my grandson and it did not cost me a thing. In the past I had to purchased a card from from AT&T and paid $35 to activiate. This was indeed a bargin.
