I purchased several Haba architectural building block sets for my six year old as she loves to build and learn. The blocks are durable, soft with no rough edges (no worries for splinters) and designed very well. I loved building the Colosseum with my six year old. It would be nice if there were pictures from all angles to refer to but nevertheless, we were able to build the set together which was great fun!

I bought these for my 4 year old son and he loves them. They are high quality and work well with other wooden blocks we own. My little guy is obsessed with columns and the three Greek orders of architecture. While he was a little disappointed at first that these were Doric and not Ionic–he hasn’t stopped playing with them since he got them. My older son (11) likes them too and it’s great to see the two of them learning and playing together.
