Question by coolgirl07: Does Zales offer any insurance or cleaning on men’s wedding bands?
I am wanting to get my fiance’s wedding band from zales, and the one he wants is only available online. It doesn’t say anything on the website about any sort of warranty or anything on it, it only talks about “free lifetime cleaning and polishing for zales diamond jewelry”. His wedding band does not have any diamonds in it though.

I was a jeweler for Zales for two years.
I know when you buy stuff in-store you can buy a warranty on it. Not sure how it works online, because employees in the stores, have no dealing with it. You can call corporate, they are located in Irving, Texas. You should be able to call 1-800-311-5393 and speak to someone about warranties. I no longer have the “real” phone number, sorry.
As for the cleaning you should be able to take it to any location, any time, and have them clean and polish it, while you wait, at no charge.
Just a quick caution, do not buy a platinum ring. Go with gold or white gold, tungsten carbonide, or stainless steel.

Call your local Zales store. Give them the item # and they can have it ordered to the store and when you get there to pick it up you can purchase a warranty on it which includes cleaning and such. There are different plans to choose from ranging from one year to lifetime …depending on how much you want to spend. I suggest you go for lifetime, bc I can gurantee you the first year won’t need any maintence on it so you just waited $ on it.
yes. we offer a lifetime jewelry protection on wedding bands. you can always purchase the ring online and go to your local zales to purchase the proctection plan. or if you don’t want to purchase the ring online, you can go to your local zales and they should be able to place a special order for you. if you do decide to buy the ring online, you can still purchase the jewelry protection plan at the store. cleaning is always free, diamond or no diamond.
You will have to purchase a lifetime warranty in a local Zale’s store, the coverage of the warranty is not really worth the things it would cover with a plain men’s band. You are better off paying a jeweler for the polishing and cleaning.
