I was very excited to get this product so that my wife and I could communicate on motorcycle rides. We were very happy with it on our first ride. Prior to the next ride, the passenger headset never charged. About 45 minutes into the ride, the passenger unit stopped working. They are sending me a new unit, unfortuantely I will be without a headest for a weeklong trip. This product sounded good (the one time before it failed). I have little confidence in this product and regret purchasing it. I will most likely not purchase a Scala product again.
