They may have been affiliated with someone like Amazon.com where if you were trying to buy something that Best Buy sells at Amazon.com from Amazon.com, you would see Best Buy as a supplier. Their announcement means they are no longer doing that. Note: I used Amazon.com only as an explanatory example.

it s just that the merchant is no longer promoting his program on their website or has finished his offer.it is as simple as that.
