Question by Ryan W: What is the differance between a day pack and a shoulder bag?
I’m looking for a small bag to go to Europe for day use. Something that is safe from thievery. I have read that a day pack is better then a shoulder bag. Can someone please tell me the difference and/or advise on the type of bag to take to Europe.

day pack is a bag where most of the weight is carried on BOTH shoulders ( on your back over your shoulders)
shoulder bag is a bag where all of the weight is carried on ONE shoulder ( over one shoulder )
you and only you know what is better for you and how many things you want to take with you
personaly I prefer day pack.my hands are free
note: documents and money on your belt or neck-pocket

This is a very cute little cross body bag, perfectly sized for traveling essentials: sunglasses, passport, cell phone, lip balm, hand sanitizer, and small wallet. Now that it’s more difficult to get on a plane with carry on luggage, this would be perfect to use in combination with a laptop bag. It has an adjustable strap so that you can change how it fits against your body, and the strap is soft and comfortable. It’s soft, yet feels well constructed. Sherpani recommends treating it with a water/stain repellent before use. I bought the natural color and really liked the unadulterated fabric.
OK, here are the cons and why I returned it. The zipper is plastic and feels very vulnerable to being broken or accidentally crushed. The zipper is sewn on in a way that leaves a big gap on one end of the zipper where it meets the bag. You can tuck the left over edge of the zipper into the gap (and into the bag), but it remains awkward when using the zipper. The other thing that didn’t work for me may just be a personal preference. The straps are sewn on opposite sides of the bag so that when it sits against your body, it doesn’t lie flat. That’s simply a preference on my part, but it was a deal breaker to me.
I still gave it three stars, however. Other than the fact that the zipper feels flimsy, the bag over all is really cute and perfectly sized for travel essentials.

This bag is beautiful and yet functional. You can place a lot inside and it does not bulge out. The one set back is that there are no pockets on the inside. Otherwise, I think this is a very nice product.

This is a lovely handbag, however, too small for me. That’s the only reason I returned it. Otherwise, good quality and very cute.
